Summerbrooke

I am very happy living here! This spring when it warmed up, my A/C was running and running, but my apartment wasn't cooling off very much, so I submitted a maintenance request to have it looked at. Mark came out the very next day, and he changed my thermostat and refilled the compressor coolant. I can feel it blowing colder already. :) Five star service, in my book!

I was very happy and excited to be here and move in . How ever 7 months into it I’ve been asking for a bath tub tile to be fixed for over a month I’ve been Patiently waiting and it’s still not fixed and little critters are coming in through there which end up in my kitchen and my living room, small and big roaches and now I’ve asked them to check my ducks because there’s a smell coming through my vents. I don’t know how long that was gonna be to do that I’ve seen them come and go to the apartment right above me and they don’t stop in. It’s really upsetting to me Miss Alvarado 1760.

I recently moved from Houston to Kemah to be closer to work. I stumbled on Summerbrooke. The apartments are nice and the property has good amenities. It’s close to the boardwalk and shops as well. The office staff are fantastic, especially Destiney who is always ready and available to help and it’s been great living in such a great community.

Edit to add: the new maintenance supervisor, Roy, is a stellar addition to the team. He doesn’t just put band aids on the problem. I have seen a few team members come and go throughout the years, but he has been the most efficient. He took my whole dryer apart to find out what it was and put it back together. Great employee! I’ve been here since 2021. I have two kids. We started in a two bedroom and transitioned to one of the three bedrooms. Kids love it, lots of other kids to play with. I’ve met great friends here as well as my fiance here! Mild complaints … thin walls. I can hear everything my neighbors do. If you have a night job, good luck getting a spot. But that’s with almost all apartments Other than that, we have really enjoyed living here. Kim has taken care of us since day on

I have had three different apartments in this complex. I have loved it since the day I moved in. Yes you will have to deal with certain people when you move into apartment complexes but normally they come and go. But everything I have ever needed and asked for Kim the apartment manager has taken care of. When I come back from out of town I'm contemplating even moving into this place a fourth time. For the price you pay and the things you get I think this is a great value.
