Julia provided the best experience I could ask for in a real estate transaction. Thanks to her knowledge and expertise of the area my listing closed in less than a month. The whole process was extremely quick, efficient and pain free.

Unprofessional. I asked a question on the HAR app about one of her listings. She didn’t answer my questions, but instead asked me a question, then after I answered it I messaged multiple times and waited 1 week and still haven’t received a response. I wouldn’t recommend her as a listing agent just based on the fact that she doesn’t respond to her clients property inquiries.

Worse experience. Took forever to get off of the automated text alerts. Called several times, but no answer. When I went to leave a message, voicemail box was full and could not leave one. I am now sure her mailbox was full of dissatisfied customers who wanted to get off of that annoying automated text list. I will never use her as a realtor and will tell all my friends to avoid her. I gave one star because there was no option for negative or 0 stars.
