Love the layout of the Amenities . Then the cottages are so super cute. Very clean & sanitary. Very welcoming vibe.

The administration in this place is basically a ghost, you will have a very hard time getting a live person on the phone. Receiving a return call will not happen. Maintenance is aware the A/C units leak and need maintenance, yet they come only when they have already caused flooding. The A/C's are not on any type of scheduled maintenance. I sent 3 emails regarding a mold situation and NEVER got a call or email back and it has been over a month. Please see the pictures attached and decide for yourself if this is where you want your loved ones to live, or where you want to live. The black mold has gotten everyone in the apt sick with constant allergies, coughing and pulmonary issues. Worse place to live. We will be moving out.

My mother has lived at this property for 5 years and she feels safe, the property is clean, and the staff is nice. Glad she lives there and close to me and our family.

It’s been terrible. No security, they close the pool when it’s still 90 outside. Not to mention, all of the outdoors facilities are padlocked, because they are situated inside the pool enclosure. So, until management decides to open the pool, barbecue facilities as well as access to the poolside tables and chairs, all of the residents are basically held hostage for a significant part of the year. Management decided to never open anything until this June. Way, way beyond Covid restrictions. It was closed for over 2 years. We’ve had 3 management changes in the last 3 years. And all of the incoming management says the same thing…not my problem. I just got here.

Here we go again.... The elevator is out for over a week. Again... The last time this happened I had to call 911 to get the fire department to come and rescue my friend with a medical emergency. They had to carry her down the stairs on a stretcher. She's on the 2nd floor with heart failure unable to take the stairs so she & other handicapped elders are stuck in their apartments. What if there was a fire? Where is the safety inspector? Ready to call the local Houston News channels.
