Lenox Sienna Apartments

Unfortunately, after almost two years of living here, I can say the lack of respect and accountability is incredibly frustrating. We continue to deal with neighbors moving our cone and parking in our paid spot—either to mess with us or out of pure disregard. Despite being promised parking stickers, signage, and even a towing service, none of it has ever been followed through. Management has made zero progress in resolving these issues. Save your hard-earned money—don’t pay extra for amenities the residence clearly doesn’t care to enforce or maintain. It's disappointing and disheartening. And to top it all off, they responded this morning to our email from last night by suggesting we should give it up—rather than offering any real assistance. Absolutely not! This place has the audacity to cost so much and still does the BARE MINIMUM for the community. There’s a pile of dirt thats INFRONT of the building that reminds me of horse poo. And it’s been there all week. Not only that there’s been caution tape on the gates for at least a month now . And the Pilars on the building were pilling half off by the pool area. And today I went to go get a package. The gate by the pool area doesn’t even open. Then there’s so much spider webs on the couches and chairs out there and they aren’t no little type of spiders these spiders are HUGE! Tia has been great she helps around the community so much whenever I or my family needs something she doesn’t hesitate to come give her good energy! I recently stopped by to tour the Lenox Sienna apartments. I’m not the type to write reviews but I had to make an exception! The place is nice and well kept. Tia was so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The kiddos were getting off the bus and a group of them made sure to stop into the office to say hello to her. They even asked her how her day was going. She actually cared to inquire about homework. During our tour Tia greeted the residents by name. These are some grand apartments! However, Tia’s remarkable customer service and kind spirit is what sold me! Believe the great reviews about Ms. Tia!!

FALSE CREDIT REPORT Lenox Sienna ZRS and their management staff have tried to destroy our credit. Here’s the proof. We moved out in September 2025 and they sent a false report to the collections agency and it negatively impacted mine and our household credit scores. The management refused to remove false charges there were billing us with before move out. I preface this to say, they billed us and concealed it in the move our fees before we left. We have proof they falsified info and we had a zero balance due. The fees were incorrect, we expressed this to them asking they remove the fees from our resident accounts immediately. They ignored us and stopped communicating. Later on, we get informed they hit will a 100 dollar penalty charge they sent to credit totaling $140!! These people are he

Loved living here. It’s clean, quiet, and I never had any issues that weren’t addressed immediately. Luis is the best & always helped me when I was out of town. I would definitely come back in the future!
