Sienna

This beautiful community is so well designed and maintained/improved, every time I visit the community, either with potential buyers, or for real estate-related education programs sponsored by Johnson Development, I am always impressed. Between the roads, amenities, schools, and local shopping/dining and conveniences, this community has so many wonderful features, if the area is a good fit for your commute and the community is in your budget, I can't imagine not finding a great property to purchase here. The improved roads in and out of the Sienna area, make getting into the city much easier and faster!

Not a resident. Called for business inquiry and got hung up on, called back asking if we may have gotten disconnected, was redirected to the Johnson development, then hung up on again.

Sienna Plantation is overbuilt, with infrastructure that can’t support the nonstop growth. The influx of new residents has also shifted the community culture, with less courtesy and consideration than the neighborhood once had. It’s always the same: Sienna says it’s Missouri City’s responsibility who says it’s Fort Bend County’s responsibility who says it’s Johnson Development’s responsibility who says it’s Sienna’s responsibility. I knew I wanted to live in Sienna the first time we drove through it because of what the community has to offer. Sienna has incredible amenities, and whenever we have family or guests visit, they feel as if they have arrived at a resort or our very own small town. Sienna reminds me of my hometown in Virgina, where children and families can grow together in the years to come. Sienna has great amenities as well as a great school district. We are really happy with our decision. I am excited to see what else Johnson Development will bring to Sienna.

I'm not only a resident, but also a local Real Estate Broker. My husband and I couldn't have picked a better community to raise our three children in. From the schools, many parks and pools to a diverse community of neighbors. We love it here.
