Awful management, terrible elevators, good luck if you live with a partner or housemate the apartments only amenity (parking) is limited to a single spot that you can't share between cars, repairs are slow and then when you hassle them to get you non draining plumbing fixed they get mad that you submitted too many tickets (2). The windows were incredibly hard to open (fire hazard) because they were landlord specialed. Oh and this corporation with like full time employees and stuff, doesn't understand that NY law requires them to return your security deposit within 14 days. I got mine back after that timeframe elapsed. If you have to live here, know your rights as a tenant and don't be afraid to exercise them. Tldr; stay away from any Judge or Pantera properties.
I lived at The Hudson for 4 years. I spent 1 year in a 2bed/1bath (2 floors) unit, which was a little more outdated than we had wanted but loved the location of the building and how big the unit was. After a year in that unit, we moved to one of the 2bed/1bath penthouse suites that was recently renovated, modern, lots of natural light, and had in-unit laundry. The penthouse unit also had floor to ceiling windows in the living room and bedrooms along with a massive bathroom and gorgeous views of both the Hudson River and River Street. There is a private parking lot in the back and allows one car per unit to be parked there and they promptly plow during the winter months. For more than one car, you have to pay to park in the parking garage located next door. The building is within walking di
Apartment Complex's best amenities are that it's close to downtown and the farmers market in the summer. Besides that the facility is outdated and offers nothing besides lodging. The apartment unit itself was standard and for being in an old building not bad. It had spacious floor plans but units were irregular. The water pressure is fantastic. Due to the building age, high heating bills in the winter and limited airflow in the summer, the views of the river were great. Outside the unit everything was pretty rough. Laundry area in the basement was dingy and dungeon-esk. 6 washers and 6 dryers, but 2 of each didn't run properly which wasn't ideal. Lobby was nice but the antique furniture made it uncomfortable and essentially never used. The key fob system is decent for residents, but deliv
Lived here for a year and by far the worst place I ever lived. Washers and Dryers don’t work and one of the washers stained my blanket . I dried one load of laundry 5 times!! The bldg is very poorly maintained . Not to mention the parking rules . You’ll get towed at any expense. Corporate greed at its finest . Honestly disgusting how big companies purchase these bldgs , slap some drywall on it and coast through while we over pay for there apts . Get it together and fix the bldg and elevators. Could the buttons be any more broke for you guys to actually do something . And no it’s nkt a supply chain issue. It’s a YOU issue
Management is absolutely amazing. They are always quick to respond to issues, give courtesy calls for things like parking lot plowing/moving your car, and even gifted their residents with wine from a local winery for the holiday season this year. Maintenance is also awesome. The staff resides in the building so they feel like a part of the community. All of our maintenance requests have been completed within 24 hours. Staff is also very trustworthy so there have been multiple times I have let them know they are welcome to let themselves into my apartment for maintenance even when I am at work. The building is cleaned every day of the week, so I've never seen a cleanliness issue in the common areas. Appliances within the unit are great and in good condition. We love the hardwood flooring wh
