I wish I could go back in time and never move here. This is not 'luxury'—it is a poorly built complex run by management that relies on intimidation rather than service. Unlivable Conditions & Greed: My first unit was unlivable. The construction is so poor that every step from the neighbors above sounded like loud banging/stomping. Even with video proof, management was incredibly rude and told me 'nothing could be done.' I had to practically beg for a transfer to a townhouse just to get away from the noise, and instead of helping, they forced me to pay a transfer fee and increased my rent by $300/month. Since I can only post one review at a time, and I can't separate my issues, I'm starting with 4 stars. But, the new manager Millie, and the new maintenance personnel, Josue, are 5 STARS all the way! I do currently have an issue with a neighbor, but Millie has been extremely considerate of my needs and is following her protocols to handle the situation. Any issue I have brought to their attention has been addressed. I will raise overall rating after it is handled. Josue, JJ is one of the new maintenance guys, and is very courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. He does a great job! That being said, the new apartment does have some growing pains. Loved the Hudson. The community is relatively new and very clean. So close to the Crossroads and perfect for my commutes. Eren, the leasing expert, is such an amazing person. She took time to listen to all my requirements for the apartment and showed me the best one that matched all my needs! Always picked up my calls, helped me through the application process and hooked me up with the best lease discounts! 5/5. Would recommend!

I truly do not recommend this complex at all. It looks nice from the pictures and original tour but after you live here it goes downhill. The dog park is continually unkept and when brought to management’s attention I was met with unprofessional emails stating it would be taken care of but wasn’t until I sent photos of the horrible state it was in until something was done. I have put in multiple requests for spiders in the garage and it has not been taken care of but I keep getting told it was completed. In the apartment itself, the walls and baseboards do not meet and looks damaged even though I was the first tenet in the unit. I’ve been living here going on a year and regret renewing my lease. Let’s talk about the good things first. Great location off of west adams. Their units are nice and modern. And their pool is very big and has a lot of seating. Now for the issues. Moving in, I noticed a lot of stuff messed up with my brand new unit. It’s like they rushed getting it ready. My dishwasher was broke for being new, my cabinets have holes in them from the builders installing the handles the wrong way. Outlets are crooked, there is still glue on the floors for when they installed the cabinets. Ants were getting in because the baseboards weren’t properly sealed. Had a huge spider problem because the pest control I pay for every month wasn’t being done. They installed gates (love that) but they don’t work at lea
