They let residents speed down robindale rd at 100mph knowing kids play outside and management does nothing about it and these houses have mold due to poor ventilation and how they’re built all they do is paint over it

I give it a 4 1/2 only bc the parks are closed. I've lived here since 2010 my 1st house!! My kids now 20,17,15,6, and 1 coming have all grown up here in this house. I've had 2 neighbors that have been here the same amount of time I have. Like any other place no place is 100% Perfect but I love the street I live on. Never really had much of a problem out here. If I've ever had a problem with appliances they have always been prompt on fixing it. Like any other home you have your wear and tear but I feel it's up to the renter to keep your house up to par. I've painted my house several times because my children have drawn on the walls. I've also had my carpets cleaned several times which I feel is the renters responsibility (my opinion) all in all I love it out here. My flower bed has never be

I’ve been here since March 2020 when everything closed up. Working on my 4th year here and first I would like to say a big part of me came here because I seen they have a gym. The gym and the playground is locked up. I still don’t even know where the gym is at and what it look like. When we moved here my youngest was age appropriate for the plastic playground they have but they have them all locked up. He’s too big for it now. Look like it’s for toddlers. When I came here you could have dogs depending on the breed. Now you can’t have no cats dogs turtles fish birds rats roaches flies ants. Just the people on the lease. I give it a one bc it’s a roof over mine n my kids head.

I like the houses because they are big,but I'm rating it a two now compared to when I first moved in, I would rate a four. Well first it was the parks, now they have cut down the tree's, no lawn chairs can't be on porch, and now they are paving in flower gardens, what about the people that spent out money for their garden to make their house feel like a home. Kids can't really play with toys unless they are in the garage or house. I wonder whats next. I feel we pay to much money for those who pay flat rent to start feeling like prisoners.
