Melissa with the Hennessy Group was more than a pleasure to work with! Someone who genuinely cares about the people she works with and makes the transaction so seamless. We were looking for an apartment for my mother and she went above and beyond in all aspects. My mother and I are super thankful to had worked with such a professional. Melissa was an absolute pleasure to work with! She was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right rental. From the initial showing to the lease process, she explained everything clearly and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. She was always quick to answer questions and went above and beyond to make sure all details were handled efficiently.

One star was generous and it’s only because my apartment doesn’t cost as much as others. Hennessy as a whole? 0/10. Not only was my apartment unsafe when I moved in it was barely prepped at all didn’t even get a functioning key (actually the PM at the time didn’t even know I was moving in). Wildly gross, wood shaving everywhere, two of my drawers don’t open well because they are rotting from the inside, fire alarms incorrectly put in, same with windows, sink, lighting, AND flooring. Within the first week I moved in all the paint started chipping when I would close doors. I had to beg them to change the shower because I’m pretty confident there was mold (they eventually did but definitely had to throw a tantrum). Rats ran right in under my front door. AC sucks. Last Monday’s snowstorm put us all in a tizzy! Especially no plowing, and no parking! Nancy did a great job helping us out. It was challenging but by Tuesday some plowing got done and a solution going forward was found! Thanks for all you do! Bring on the summer!
