The Heights on Superior

The apartments are a solid price. The people working for maintenance are awesome. Gilberto especially is a very kind man. My downsides with this building however is that the apartment I stayed in had problems with the sink, washing machine, bathroom lights, and the water heater. The heater stopped working probably around 5 times. Sometimes they weren’t able to come do anything about it for over 3 days. Also, keep in mind that the walls are super thin. I can hear my neighbors singing, playing instruments, and when their dogs are barking. Side note, there’s a sports car that is parked beside the back door that is so loud. Every-time this car turns on it has the most atrocious sound produced by a vehicle. It’s not even a cool roar as the engine is being turned on. It sounds like someone is d

Moving in was good for the most part… there isn’t a lot of open space to unload your belongings so you have to be careful with parking in the red zones… I’ve been here a week now and it’s nice. The apartments are spacious and have a good flow. The cons… the patios are not enclosed which isn’t a big deal, but I believe the spaces in between floors are very insulated because I can hear and feel every sound that they make above me…

I was living in two different apartments for 2 years from this complex. The leasing office team are amazing. They are really available if you have any issues, you can reach out to them and they get back to your very quickly. They are very professional. The maintenance team is also outstanding. After every request of maintenance submitted , it was always resolve within the same day or 24hours maximum. The personel is also kind and nice. I highly recommend this complex.

I only been here for a short time I am enjoying my new apartment. the office management is very professional especially Alex they treat the clients with respect this is why I am giving them a five because of their professionalism.☺️ The apartments are well maintenance.

I really appreciate Alexis making my move-in experience smooth. Moving is already hard & having someone to make the process easier & answer any/all my questions was Top Tier. Thank You Alexis
