Not great finishes. They hide issues under fun style, but if the model homes have all the issues, can’t imagine the purchased homes. No thanks.

Good views & lovely adjacent neighborhoods with good proximity to shopping and thoroughfares to get in and out of town.Predominantly small square footage plans and medium square footage plans. Only one plan barely approaches large size and it has an awkward second story layout. Homes are pricey and lot premiums are expected to increase. A home purchase here constitutes a hefty investment which may hold its value over the next 4 yrs.

The woman working in the office needs better customer service skills. Don't act like we're putting you out when asking questions about the homes.

Can't highlight how nice the staff are, so helpfull and so many build options..

Love the homes and hilltop location! Close to shopping!
