i'll just give you a rundown. -the landscaping is pretty and the location is nice -the staff is great! i'm not sure how they do it with just 3 of em. but maintenance is fast with fixing issues. they usually fix stuff same day and they are nice when their in your apartment. the manager is so friendly and sweet. you can talk to her about anything and she'll work with you as best she can. i had issues with paying rent a few times and she never made me feel embarassed. felt like i was talking to a friend instead of my landlord. -hallways are kept clean -office always smells really good -my neighbors are friendly -overall it tends to be pretty quiet -they allow pets -the biggest con is def the management company. to many rules, they raised rent and stuff doesn't get done as fast as it used to w

This place is a joke. do not rent here. what was written about them is all true. i left a week after the shooting. i stayed 2 months, never had a lock on the patio door + when they did enter the apt. to do some sort or equipment inventory, they left my apt. open. left them a list of 7 items that needed fixed and 69 days later nothing even started. They respond with"it's on order", "I'll see if we can get someone there today" "I'm a bit short staffed , I'll get it on the list.". the workout room looks like a gang hangout. doors left open to the outside. no security. deals get done, but by the crack dealers. i'm white, i was pulled over leaving my apartment and searched, questioned by police who then told me its a drug haven, I should move. that was day 2. trust the police. do

Now I recognize that there is different management since I moved in (Nov 2016), but let me spell out some things about this place. The day I moved in, which was changed because they told me I couldn't move in on my initial date, I was on my way with two men and a truck. They told me I couldn't do that. Not even a semblance of professionalism, just straight up told me "No, you can't do that." I objected because they were supposed to have it ready several days before I moved in. Instead, they were still putting in carpet and lenolium as I'm moving things in. Maintenance never fixed any of my problems like the leaky ceiling or toilet, the A/C was barely chilly even after cleaning the filter, the toilet hadn't been cleaned since it was put it, and unfavorable people are everywhere. I lived here for 4 months and couldn't wait to get out. The apartment smelled terrible when I took a tour but I was assured that it would be cleaned and smelling fresh. I believed them. Upon move in, it smelled like smoke and wet dog. I asked over and over to have the place cleaned or the carpet changed but got nothing for about a month. One day I came home from work to find a man in my apartment replacing my carpet. BUT I WAS NEVER TOLD HE WOULD BE THERE! All of my belongings were moved carelessly into the kitchen: bed, couch, dresser, tv, desk, computer. All moved without my consent or my awareness. I should have had persued some legal action but I was young and unaware of how much of an invasion of privacy that was. Not to mention that the gentelman who was replacing the carpet

I dont understand all the people complaining about crackheads and shady people around here, I really don't. I work at night and should be more likely to encounter these supposed people. Either way, neighbors are nice and friendly, the only problem is that management sucks. They raised our rent this year because of the change in management and the landlords are frequently incompetent.
