Beautiful brand new apartments, great gym & amazing staff! They make you feel like family! I LOVE the location, easy to get to Lancaster and Harrisburg!

I had the pleasure of touring these beautiful apartments w/GORGEOUS countryside setting (few store in close vicinity) Although not ready to move quite yet, these would be the ideal Apartments as they are freshly brand new, bright modern apartments w/ WASHER & DRYER in units! That's super hard to find today renting. The private balcony/patio each one has is another wonderful bonus! They have a beautiful club house w/ full gym, as well as a lounge area & computer area. Restrooms as well there. Easy access to a main route and Roots auction close by!!☺️ Wonderful location! I love that everything was so bright, fresh and new. Just moved into The Harvest in Manheim. The staff was so helpful in my transition from New Jersey, very professional and polite. Have been living here about 1 month. Property still under construction, looking forward to it being completed. It gets messy, but I always see staff even the girls in heels picking up trash and walking the property. Read reviews before moving and like always some people always have bad things to say, but it's not as unhappy people say it is. They should just move or not move in if they going complain about construction and they can clearly see it honestly. Noise is thin, but it is apartment living & I don't smell the auto shops people crazy I swear!!! My favorite feature is the GYM!

The one star for this apartment complex is due to where it is located. The apartment is built beside auto shops and auto dealerships - a lot of them. So there are cars, cars, cars and more cars. The day that I did my tour, as I walked the grounds of the complex, I smelled paint fumes. And I knew I didn't want to live in a place that was car congested because air quality would be poor. I do nor want to inhale paint fumes and the constant inhalation of auto exhaust fumes. It is unfortunate that a management company thought to build apartments in such an area.
