Meadows East Apartments

If you have a problem with any major issues good luck with getting meadows east to fix it. We put in well over 8 work orders to get our dryer fixed and no one ever responded to our emails or orders when we put them in. They would respond to other orders that were easy right away. The excuse we heard back was that the reports were never submitted properly. They finally fixed the issue a couple weeks before we ended our lease. We also had extremely noisy neighbors move in the apartment directly above us that were reported many times by us and apartments around us that went unanswered. The only reason they get 2 stars is because Anthony and Ben were extremely nice the entire time we were there.

Meadows East is a nice property. The rent is fair for the size and the management is great. Anthony is quick to respond if there are any issues. I had a few issues here and there but management got things going right away and Ben is great with the maintenance.

Went real well until I had to move out. I have notice on the 13th and was told if I left at the end of the next month I wouldn’t get an early termination fee. By either my own misunderstanding or Anthony’s manipulative manner I signed paper work saying I agreed to an early termination. You could say this is on me however we all know when we are told one thing and get another. I’m out over $1,400. Do not trust meadows East or Horst reality. Maintenance guys are awesome though, only reason for 2 stars

This was great apartment!! Spacious, the ducks are great, loved the walk in closet! Country life is sweet, people are kind. Unfortunately we were very far from family, and I couldn't find a job there or get used to the unfamiliar roads. So we ended back in my hometown in Delaware county. We enjoyed this small chapter of our lives!

I am going to miss this place. I have to move out of state to be with family and I have had nothing but a great experience here. It is quiet, safe, and reasonably priced. My neighbors are great too. The management team has always been responsive and respectful, as well as the maintenence crew. I appreciate everyone here making this place feel like home. I will be lucky to find another apartment like this.
