Fred Wiegand Builder, Inc.

We contracted Fred's company to put on a 2 story addition to our 100+ year old Tudor style home, including a kitchen upgrade. We were hoping to add living space and kitchen improvements, but preserve the historical beauty and integrity of the house. An impossible task in this era? Happily, no!! We were blessed with an amazing builder and his outstanding team, especially his foreman, Jason! They surpassed our expectations in every way in terms of excellent craftmanship, creative ideas, responsiveness, diligence, and reliability. The result speaks for itself in terms of its perfect compliment to our home and the needs of our family.

My husband and I had a couple of additions added on to our home. The first was a large bedroom and then we had Fred and his team come back a few years later adding a whole in-law quarter with 2 bathrooms. They did an awesome job. All of the team are awesome to work with!! They really care about making your home look beautiful. We are having Fred and his team come back and redo our kitchen. I value Fred’s vision and expertise. When I signed the contract for Fred Weigand to build my home I had no idea it would turn out to be as beautiful as it did. How often do you get your expectations and more? They were so much fun to be with that I want to build my retirement home with them some day. I can't say enough about how professional and honest they were. When a Weigand says they are going to do something.. it gets done, RIGHT!! I wish them all the best that the Lord has to offer them. Thank you to the Weigand family for your craftsmanship and the joy I have had in my home for ten years now.
