The Hamilton Midtown Detroit

I visited the restaurant on 10/05/25 with reservations for my group. There was a few folks and lots of open tables. After being seated the waitress started with a bang. Life was great. The food came and everyone was pleased. At dessert time someone ordered the apple pie and vanilla ice cream. It took over 30 minutes to come. When it came out it was over cooked. It ruined the entire experience. When we asked the waitress she said “ they didn’t bring it yet” which let us know she was not aware. Unfortunately, she ruined what would have been a fairly good night. As we left the man next to us food came before his beer. He was not happy either. There was only 3 tables with 4 guest and the service was very bad.

They’ve been giving me the run around with my 500 dollar deposit for the past month or so. They claim to have sent to previously but it’s up to the bank to make it over. So while they can keep ghosting me with this supposed check I’m out of my money Oh yes let’s also talk about how the last six months or so I was there the fire alarms would go off in the middle of the night like twice a month or so. Oh and they will overcharge for everything. Trying to get rid of large furniture? Get ready to cough up 100 dollars per item It’s clean and nice but they’re leeches for sure.

Apt was nice but hidden charges too much . HVAc bill for a 600 Sqf monthly from $80 -110. Monthly admin fee , monthly natural gas fee when no gas appliances in apt. I co-sign for my daughter not living there but had to pay for more HVAC they said 3 people live there yet they knew only one lived there. They said basement where equipments were had to be warm and tenants had to pay for it. Etc

Breakfast wrap was good, but very very small portion. I could have eaten 2. Eggs benedict the egg was very overcooked, almost hard boiled. Atmosphere gorgeous.

Moe and Bradley were so professional, so thorough, and so quick! My HVAC unit is working perfectly! Whenever any maintenance issue arises, they’re always immediately on top of it, and whatever utility they touch never gives me any issue again.
