The Guild Somerville

I have lived in this complex longer than anyone else and I can’t stop telling myself how lucky I am because this place is amazing in so many ways. The location is great (close to Assembly Row and the T), the local restaurants are good and a lot of fun, and it was just built and built well. It is so nice to live in a great modern apartment with nice amenities. There is also a gym, outdoor/indoor communal space and a great view of the city while still feeling your out of the fast pace downtown area. In addition to everything I have said, the support given by the realtor Gina and her colleagues show they are all in when it comes to making your experience great while living here. I have met the owner many times and he too wants his tenants to love where they live. The rent prices are reasonabl
