The Grove Apartments

I've lived at The Grove for nearly a year and have only positive things to say. Units are nice, grounds well maintained (including snow removal!), and new & clean amenities. Staff are easy to talk to, especially Andrew. Any concerns or questions have been dealt with professionally & with ease. If you're looking in Whitestown for an apartment- 100% recommend!

The management Andrew and Michael are the best it gets when it comes to property managers. They promptly responded to every request and are very friendly. These are brand new modern apartments and amenities. I love the proximity of walking to the park and how safe the neighborhood is. The pool was a perfect way to spend the summer afternoons and the gym has everything I need. The families and young professionals that live in the community are very friendly. All my neighbors were very kind and lived up to the Midwest charm. I was surprised to see 1 star reviews on such a minuscule incident that occurred and was resolved immediately. It definitely looks like the same person wrote multiple reviews to bash a solid community.

Visited with my fiance over the weekend. I spoke with Andrew and initially worked with Maria. Both The Greenview and The Grove had great units but The Grove really sold it for us. His & Hers Sink... yesss please! I appreciate both answering all of our questions, providing tours and being super knowledgeable. Really great experience here . Thank you!

The Grove is an amazing community. My husband and I visited them last month when we were considering selling our house. We decided to hold off on selling, but will absolutely be moving there when the house goes on the market. The staff was amazing, the apartments were brand new and the amenities are exactly what we are looking for in an apartment. Check them out!

Living at the Grove has been such a positive experience! The amenities are amazing and always clean, the staff is incredibly friendly and responsive, and the apartments themselves are spacious and comfortable. It’s also a great value for the price, especially given how close it is to stores, restaurants, and so many conveniences. I’m really happy I chose to live here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great community!
