John is a great asset for this community he always gets it taken care of. Service is great. The loud HVAC intake is something to get used to but the efficiency and comfort is a bonus. My 2nd time here and at over 4 years now. Great option for someone not ready for a house but wants the feel of one with the attached garage.

The staff is great, but the corporate policies are screw the renter. The first sign of it was that they REQUIRE to pull your funds from checking monthly. No choice. The rent goes up a lot each lease (which may be everywhere), but after 5 years still the only choice for renting month to month costs $500 extra each month. But you can break the lease by paying an EXTRA month and a half. You have no choice if you are getting close to leaving but don't know the exact date. They have you by the balls, so to speak. They turn it around in 1 week and double dip the rent, which is illegal, but they call it a fine, so that it is TECHNICALLY legal. Beautiful brand new Condo Community with excellent & friendly Management & Maintenance staff. Kimberly & John are great! Community is very clean, modern & affordable. Floor plans feature vaulted ceilings, upgraded appliances, large bedrooms & an attached 2-car garage. Square footage is up to approximately 1,300 square feet. Beautiful, well kept grounds, with open spaces & a pond, in a secluded, yet convenient location, just off Interstate 65.

I lived here 2.5 years. The only thing going for it are the garages and the maintenance man, John. The cabinetry is cheap, the carpeting is cheap, and there is a major ant problem which was disgusting. No matter how many times I complained about the ants, it was left to me to solve the problem. Yes, I had to remember to ask them to put me on the pesticide “rotation”, and when I complained ants were back shortly, I was told to get traps. Spend my money on their bug problem? I had traps and kept them filled in every room of my apartment, but there was still a problem. Management was not willing to do anything about it. It’s not right to expect tenants to spend their money on their problem. When talking to my neighbor who also had the problem, I learned that traps were placed by management fo
