Greenview Apartments

I had a great experience living at Greenview. In my case, it offered excellent value for money - especially considering the convenient location close to my work. The management team is very professional and responsive. Communication was always easy and smooth and I never had issues getting questions resolved. Special thanks to Maria - she has been incredibly helpful, attentive and genuinely cares about residents. The community itself is well maintained, and my apartment was bright, spacious, and comfortable. I had a unit with a view facing I-65 and surprisingly, there was almost no road noise at all. Overall, a very positive experience and I would definitely recommend Greenview to anyone looking for a well-managed community with great service and value.

Walked in kind of unsure on how we were going to be treated or welcomed. But because Indianapolis people are not so polite or have any southern hospitality atleast the ones we have come across. But let me tell you MRS. MARIA was IMMACULATE! Her attitude, personality and her welcoming demeanor was AMAZING! And I am one to call out crappy attitude immediately, on the spot. But SHE IS THE PERFECT MANAGER, answered all our questions, made us feel so welcomed and wanted into her community. So I want to say THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, I highly recommend renting here because they are beautiful apartments. But what puts the cherry on top is the welcoming behavior of the MANAGER, Mrs. MARIA IS BEYOND WONDERFUL! not like others that think they are to good to deal with residents, she is friend

I love living here. I feel very fortunate and the staff has been super helpful especially Maria who allways answers my messages when I have questions and does extra work that she wouldnt need to do. Today she dropped a package I ordered off for me and has notified me several times when my online orders arrive. Thank you so much.

Quiet, safe community. Very responsive and friendly staff! Many dog lovers! People of all ages live here from young people to retirees. Beautiful pond out back of the property. Beautiful clubhouse, workout area and pool. So happy I chose this community!

If I could give zero stars, I would. They have been completely unprofessional and extremely rude to me. My alarm went off several times, and when I called the technician for help, he spoke to me disrespectfully and accused me of “messing with the alarm.” He even claimed it was because I was cooking at 2 a.m., which isn’t true. They took money every month for pest control, but they never actually treated the roach infestation. Now they want us to pay again for roach damages, which is completely unfair. We also paid for water every month, even while paying for our new home. On top of that, they’re charging us for carpet replacement, even though the carpet was perfectly fine when we moved out. Instead of taking responsibility for poor maintenance, they blamed us for everything. If you want
