Wonderful experience with my tour. It sits nestled in the bake close to everything. School district is great as well. Plan on applying for the summer. Thank you ladies in the office. Made me feel really positive about my decision.

I really like that its so close to restaurants, veterinarians, brewery and grocery stores. So far I have had all positive experiences. Office personnel are very friendly and maintenance was quick to come and fix my washer. I love my apartment and it has tons of space!

We submitted a maintenance request for our washer and dryer. The dryer hose just needed to be reconnected, however we would’ve appreciated that they replace the hose because the one that was on there was covered in lint. I had a brand new hose that I brought the day before, but he didn’t use it. For the washer, the seal is very moldy. He came and scrubbed it, but the mold is stained into the seal. That seal should have been replaced, not just cleaned. Update: We appreciate that maintenance is going to come back and replace the seal or replace the washer

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! The leasing agent Tasha has no idea what she is talking about and will give you conflicting information. Nonrefundable deposits (SHADEY!) I asked to see a studio and she failed to do that. Asked for a video, she failed to provide that. There was a 1 bdrm that was listed for 1067 and when I called to inquire about applying for it because the website was not working, Tasha tells me they have no 1 bdrm for that price that they are 1350 and up. But it was clearly on the website. So she must have listed it for the 1067 in error because after that it was gone and relisted for So, Tasha shows me a 1 bdrm demo and says the one I will be renting is just like it. With storage and large patio. NOT! Im sure the floorplan was the same but did not include what she stat
