The Grand at Penn

Beautiful building, great amenities & the gym is amazing! Honestly my favorite part about the place. All the machines are new and well kept. However, the area surrounding the building is dirt. Rats & trash everywhere 🤢 Also, be careful with street parking. Everyone speeds down Pennsylvania ave like loonies.. & there’s been cases of theft. Now, the building itself is at most times clean, could be cleaner if the residents of the building maintained it clean.. I’ve found dog pee in the elevator multiple times and stains/trash on the floors. There’s only one person in charge of cleaning the whole building M-F and he does a great job. Really hope he’s getting paid enough because it’s a lot of work for one person.

Ignore the bad reviews. Great building, amazing owner, & hallways/elevators are always cleaned M-F.. don’t know what they’re talking about. Maintenance is always on it as they live in the building. Amazing amenities & apartments are designed with thoughtfulness.

Terrible Building to live in. Nothing is maintain. Concerns are never address. The hallways are dirty, smell like old garbage and marijuana.
