My fiancé and I have been living here for about 2 months now and to say we love our apartment is an understatement!!! From the start Tina was soooo helpful and communicative. When she gave us a tour we knew from the moment we walked in we wanted this to be our new home. The appliances are all brand new with a modern yet homey vibe. Not to mention how conveniently located we are to literally EVERYTHING! We are so happy here and thank you Tina for all your help along the way!!!! 🥰

I was charged $150 for a basic window blind at move-out. This was a standard, inexpensive blind that typically costs under $50 to replace. Management justified the charge with “labor costs,” even though maintenance staff are on-site daily. After paying $2,245 per month in rent, this felt excessive for such a minor item. I recommend future tenants carefully document the condition of everything before move-out and request detailed invoices for any deductions.

I had an amazing experience with Tina!!!! From inquiring about the glen from start to finish, Tina took the time to explain everything needed to know to live here. She is knowledgable, kind and patient. I would recommend living here , and working with Tina!! This complex is clean, dog friendly, quiet and a perfect place to call home.

Tina & Dawn are awesome! They are hardworking and won’t stop until you are in your new townhome happy and comfortable with your family. My wife, daughter, and son are so happy we moved here. The staff is great !

I had the worst experience at this apartment complex today! I was babysitting for a friend today who lives here, and then I walked outside and I noticed a big green sticker on my windshield (pictures are included in this review). It’s a huge green sticker saying that my car will be towed if I don’t move it. First off, why is this a sticker? Why couldn’t it be a piece of paper?! Because now I can’t easily scratch it off! I had to buy Goo Gone and a scraper to remove it! Now I know my friend (who I babysit for) should’ve told me that there’s assigned parking spots. I didn’t know that, because I obviously don’t live here. But the property manager (Dawn) handled this situation so poorly! I’m in shock!
