Very disappointed with people from this office , very unprofessional and unpleasant. Please just be careful if you rent a place , document and take pictures of everything before and after , they accuse my son and his roommates for things that they did not do it , playing how nobody reported issue's, which was clearly reported on rental portal, that they never fixed things and so easy just deducted from deposit. Just very disappointing how they run business.

I had a great experience with Hartsville Property Management Inc as a whole and their team. The team is very professional at all times. When ever I would call with a issues or sent an email the responds time was very quick. And when ever there was an problem, it was handled within days. I would recommend this company to met your rental needs.

We lived in the apartment for 3 years and while they were slow to service I never truly had issues until I moved out. They charged close to $500 in ridiculous and inaccurate fees. They charged me $146 to replace 5 blinds of which only one was broken (if you would even consider it broken, it was normal wear and tear after 3 years). To add to this frustration the returned security check bounced and I have yet to receive a check for the fee that they have caused with my bank. Wish I could have left a more positive review.
