Zeyad Diri and Reyan Kanji are absolutely amazing kept us informed throughout the process.Whenever we had a question or concern they were always available to answer. we could message or call and would receive a call or message back quickly can recommend to anyone. they would call or message us to give updates or concerns on issues that they resolved quickly even after all was finalized they called to ensure we were satisfied and everything was to our satisfaction cant say enough about how happy we are with them

Over a period of several months, I received many phone calls from financial institutions wanting my business because I was looking to refinance my very high-interest rate mortgage. It seemed like everyone I talked to thought I was just a dumb girl (I asked a lot of questions), and they could tell me anything they wanted, and I would believe them. Well, I had most of the answers already, so I knew who knew their stuff and who didn't, and all but one didn't know jack. When I received a call from Independence Home Loans, I was extremely impressed starting with my very first conversation I had with Jonathan Hugger, that lasted throughout the entire loan process. I had a very good experience working with Kevin May with Independence Home Mortgage. From start to finish Kevin was very responsive, transparent, and overall wonderful to work with. This was by far the easiest process I've went through when it comes to home ownership, refinancing etc. Kevin is the example of making times less stressful in the home financing process. Very dissatisfied, they did ont do what they said at all. The agent will not return any phone calls or emails and I have reached out to him for 2 weeks. This is not very professional at all. I would not recommend them to anyone ever.

This experience was absolutely terrible. We wanted to refinance with a little cash out to replace the porch with a sunroof. The sunroof project was already underway, and we were tearing the deck down, putting in solar, typical home upgrades, with deposits and contracts. We decided to go with Independence Home Loans instead of our usual provider. This was a mistake we have come to sorely regret, and has cost is financially. The inspector who came out had us correcting issues that were part of the upgrades process, making us rebuild porch railings on a deck that was clearly being demolished and renovated. Fixes to the siding, and windows, even though new windows were going in and siding was being replaced. Sealant paint, with visible brush stokes were mistaken for mold. We had clean out crew
