Madison Court Apartments

Lived here almost 2 years so far. Place is good, cheaper than most. The road noise from country line sucks especially when youre trying to sleep. And the AC units used cant "keep up" with the progressively hot summers. Love that the company is dog friendly though. Really close to a lot of restaurants parks and what not.

Madison Court has been great for my diet! We have no running water for two days, I will fit into my size 34 pants in no time! Stay for the exotic wildlife! Mice, bees, bats and woodpeckers, every day feels like a safari through faraway Africa. They should increase the rents again instead of generously giving away so much value for free! Staff are always in a great mood because Madison Court keeps them as well rested as possible. They even spring for office-wide "off-site meetings" practically every week! Talk about benefits! The neighborhood is one big happy family. I feel so blessed for the level of trust my neighbors have that they allow me to supervise their children 10 hours a day. A lot of creative talents live here; I get to sample their music FOR FREE on a daily basis! Come o

Overall, Madison has been a great place for my wife and I to live. Neighbors are friendly, there aren't too many noise issues. Trash is collected by the service company in a timely manner, and the maintenance team is awesome. The management is very open with their tenants, and they even host themed events throughout the year! Very satisfied with this place.

I lived here for a year and frankly it was 11 months too long. In the first few days of moving in a noticed an odd smell. I wrote it off as a new paint smell but it was not that. I came to the conclusion it was cigarettes that had been soaked into the wall and carpet. I also found used cigarettes in the closest. It took so much time and money to get the smell out so I can live properly. When I told the leasing office about this I was told that it wasn’t their problem. I knew right then I needed go get out. However I did not have the money to break my lease so I had no choice. In the year that followed, I had floods, mice, ceiling collapsing on me, and just overall a horrid experience. Not to mention, being yelled at my maintenance because I took precautions to protect myself. I’m a young

I have lived in this complex for more than 20 years and I want express my opinion. That with new owners of the complex ,rent prices are growing at comic speed. I am sorry that there are no benefits for seniors citizens who have lived here for more than 1--20 years, and they do not have the opportunity to move for many reasons .Maintenance ,I would like to say good ,but not great, the laundry room is dirty, and I am tired of fighting mice, So I can't give it the highest rating.
