The Glen

We really enjoyed our time here! They always have sidewalks shoveled and the lot plowed for snow same day/next day after a snow fall. Ayana the property manager is incredible and the maintenance team is awesome. If you’re looking for a generally quiet area in Anchorage that’s mainly families, this is a great spot!

My story is a very unique story, basically The Four Seasons apartment homes did not have the proper knowledge to assist me and my family because we are a section 8 voucher family but WE FOUND THE GLEN and ANGELICA was so nice to us and knowledgeable!! when we found the Glenn it was like everything happened for a reason…we waited for two weeks for our place to be available, Angelica made sure we were set to move in! The apartment was so clean and nice! We were the happiest family in the world! These apartment homes are nice and spacious, they are private as we do not hear neighbors from the other side of the walls, we are able to have access to the front outside yard through our front door which I love. Hello, we have just moved in to these apartments just recently. So far our stay at the glen apartments have been so welcoming from the staff. We had Jacob one of the office individuals who work at the glen help us with everything. Even to recommending a rescue adoption center for a dog for us. There are amazing people to help you with your transfer to their property management. I’m not playing favorites but I definitely would ask for Jacobs help each time. These apartments give you the feel of living in a house till you can find a forever house to move into it.

My significant other and I, along with our girls could not thank Leslie our Office Manager enough and the previous Managers for affording us the opportunity to reside at The Glen. The community itself is safe, the customer service along with assistance from maintenance to documentation to community events and just the courtesy overall is what made our stay at The Glen much more comforting knowing we had good landlord/resident communication to rely on. The neighbors were great and would always respond or say a greeting which was nice, common courtesy of parking spots was an untold rule which made it easier on everyone for parking and to all the kids who ran around all year round regardless of the weather made it feel like home. Leslie, the community director here, is such a sweet lady! She showed me an apartment today and was so informative on all the details about the unit. The unit I saw was very nice and the neighborhood here looks very safe and quiet. Leslie also shared some helpful information about Anchorage with me, as I informed her that I’m new to the area. Thank you Leslie for the great customer service and for your time showing me around the complex! You made me feel so welcomed in the community. -Naomi
