The Glade Residences

The Glade Residences and her staff are absolutely phenomenal! The units, the club room, gym and pool are all exceptionally clean and well kept. Besides being beautiful, the buildings are very safe and secure. They have a gorgeous billiards table, ice maker and fully stocked coffee area in the clubhouse as well. Each building also has their own designated package room to keep your packages safe. The ladies in the office are lovely to work with and the maintenance staff is quick to respond to your needs. They’re very pet friendly too. Highly recommended that you check them out!

I’ve really enjoyed living at The Glade Apartments in Janesville. The community is quiet, well-kept, and feels safe, which makes it a great place to come home to. The apartments are spacious and comfortable, with plenty of natural light and a nice layout. Management has been responsive and professional whenever I’ve had questions or maintenance requests, and issues are handled in a timely manner. The grounds are maintained nicely, and I appreciate how peaceful the area is while still being close to shopping, restaurants, and other conveniences in Janesville. Overall, The Glade Apartments have been a great place to live, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed apartment community.

So happy we moved back to the Glades in Janesville. Such a friendly community with so many excellent amenities. Maintenance when needed is quick at solving any problems; needed new smoke alarm that started sounding in the middle of the night. On-call sent someone out right away to fix it. The buildings are always so nice and clean, and the property managers are the best! If you’re looking for an apartment I highly recommend the Glades. By far the best apartments in Janesville.

Working with The Glade has been a great professional experience. The property is well run, organized, and maintained to a high standard, which makes everything smooth and efficient. Property managers Jessica and Lauren are truly exceptional to work with. They are professional, responsive, communicative, and consistent in following through. The Glade has truly been the best place I’ve ever lived. The common areas are always spotless, and the whole community is quiet and peaceful. There are lots of dogs around which is so awesome BUT what is even better is that you NEVER hear nonstop barking…..sometimes I forget there are other people and dogs around me. Everyone here is kind, respectful, and it ALWAYS feels safe and comfortable. The leasing office ladies are absolutely amazing! They are super friendly, helpful, personable, and great at communicating. I’ve never felt as if I was a bother to them if I needed help with anything. Lauren made sure moving in was easy and has answered all of my questions happily! Great cleaning crew, great maintenance team and great community. I can’t say enough good things about living here.
