Realtor Derick Dahlby personally messaged me over social media and threatened to show up to my house unannounced. He then said “it’ll be a surprise when he shows up” or “when someone else does”. I wish I could give zero stars

This is the second home we bought with this brokridge. Our favorite Realtor Julie Reese is a perfect fit for us....honest, reliable alla round solid talent. She follows through with everything she says she will do. She points out the good and and ugly of each home we looked at! So easy to work with these folks! We actually found our home in 1 day with Julie...because she listens!

We just closed on our first home and Henry was THE BEST realtor. He helped us Through and explained every step of the process. He was patient with us when we weren’t sure what to do next, responded to every email, text, and call and always was happy to help. We could not have asked for a better experience! Thank you to Henry for such a successful home buying process.

I just had an appointment to view a home for sale. I was extremely interested in this location, however when my realtor spoke with Chris Mayhew, he refused to give her access to the location. I then tried to call as a potential buyer to find out what was going on, and he repeatedly hung up on me and asked if I was "ready to listen to him, yet?" When I replied that what he just said was the most unprofessional thing I had ever heard from someone, he hung up on me again. I will never use century 21 again if that is the type of people they hire.

When entering the home buying process I googled agents and let the stars show me the way to Peggy (Peg) Cadd. Peg was absolutely wonderful to work with, always listening to our wants and needs and working to meet them. When the process became a bit tense she was there to ensure things went as they should and protect us, for this I could never thank her enough.
