Called to ask a few questions about possibly working with them in regards to selling our house and purchasing a new one. After about two minutes of questioning, the woman who answered the phone, Tiereny, hung up on me. When I called back assuming it was a phone issue, I was told, “yeah, I’m not doing this with you, it’s a waste of my time.” and hung up again. If this who you choose to represent your company, you clearly don’t want business.

I had the pleasure of working with Lynnette Wirth on a recent closing where she was the listing agent and it was fantastic. Great communication, pleasant to talk to and professional the entire way.

I recently purchased a property from a seller who used Coldwell Banker and my experience was horrible. The agent who I dealt with directly was Paul Schieldt. The process of purchasing the property up until closing day was OK. During my final walk through it was discovered that the washer and dryer that I was purchasing with the home were removed from the property. The seller and Paul claimed it was a accident but it was clearly written up in the signed agreement they were to remain. I worked with them and agreed to still close as long as the units were returned. Upon the return of the units it was discovered the washer was not functional and the dryer was damaged.
