Great experience and they went above and beyond to assist with building my house.

It took almost 2 weeks for them to deposit my earnest money check and I had to call them before it got done. Also, there was paperwork that I should have received within days of having an offer accepted about outstanding judgments and didn't receive anything from them for 3 weeks potentially pushing back my closing date. I am not happy at all with this company. I am glad I am dealing with them minimally.

Here we go again!! All of our closings were flawless and a breeze. So now we chose them for another episode. Good to work with them and a pleasure.

Absolutely the Worst Title Company in Existence. Do Not use them. They called me Two Weeks After I closed on my house saying the mortgage company sent back the funds and if I could call the Mortgage company for them? Isn't that the Whole Purpose of having a Title company? Then they said i'm still responsible for the mortgage. Wow. I guess I still own the house, too. What now? Oh, right. Nothing but problems and extremely poor communication, information was communicated to them multiple times and they still got it wrong. I’ve done 20+ closing and this company is by far the worst.
