Emon is extremely friendly and truly takes care of people on the maintenance side of things. He consistently provides great customer service and makes sure issues are handled promptly. Orington is also super friendly and always delivers excellent customer service. He’s approachable, helpful, and reliable. Ty is very friendly as well, and his customer service is great. He follows through and gets things done. These three are great additions to the maintenance staff here. They’re dependable, professional, and genuinely care about doing a good job. ALSO Rodney, thank you for assisting me quickly with getting a reserved parking spot. Seems like you dropped whatever you were doing to assist me, you were really patient and friendly.

I recently had a concern regarding my apartment and reached out to Property Manager Monique Davis for assistance. From the moment I contacted her, she handled the situation with professionalism, empathy, and genuine care. Avoid the gateway apartments like your life depends on it. I could write a dissertation on the incompetencies of the management at this complex, but I will save all of us time and give you the highlights. 1. We have had a cockroach issue since the month we moved in (August 2025), we kill at least 5-10 a week. Management continues to do the bare minimum about this problem, pest control comes once a week to our unit sprays, lays down bait, leaves, and the cockroach problem persists. You can imagine how incredibly disheartening it is to work for 8hours and come home to relax only to be met with a cockroach crawling across your couch. 2. We have had multiple situations where water was leaking in to our apartment from the pipes/apartment above us. We reported water leaking from the fan in our b

On December 4th I called into the office to ask about the service request in my apartment with the draft going on thru my windows (causes heat bill to rise) I asked when will maintenance be here. Then Rodney gave me the response of “I will contact the person and then will came me back with an update on that”. I waited for over an hour and I didn’t hear anything back. I called again and now my calls were being dodged. By the time maintenances had arrived by the end of the day while I was waiting all day for them as other service tickers were being processed at the same time by Emon (he did a good job) I get called by Tyrone about windows. I would give this place a negative review if possible. Every single person in the leasing office is beyond incompetent and lazy, and the management has no problem stealing from residents, either from cancelling paid-for services illegally, or committing fraud on close out inspections. They falsified information on a court filing to initiate an eviction, which they later had to withdraw. They ignored all maintenance requests. My car was broken into twice. I would not stay here if they paid me.
