The Gardens 55+ Lifestyle Community

I couldn't be happier to be moving into such a beautiful 55plus community. Christina and Michelle have been great to work with. There's a bunch of social activities and my church is close by. I am really looking forward to making The Gardens my new home, and you should also.

My wife and myself took a self tour of this place a few months ago. When you walk in to the pool area it is like a resort. Six or seven residents in the pool interacted with us almost immediately, so friendly. They told us of a bunch of things they do. They seemed to be be having a great time relaxing, floating and talking on a sunny afternoon. They all had stories about what is the best thing to do in the park. Funny thing, not a one said anything they didn't like. One took us in the club house. It was huge and had EVERYTHING. Exercise room with plenty of machines, pool table room, library and reading area, TV room, information room, Huge restrooms and a big hall with full kitchen. We looked around a little more, we found clean streets, the lawn taken care of, friendly people waving at

Took grand tour, available models and open listings, renewed Club House, Olympic heated pool and Hot tub, pickleball+Tennis courts, Billiards room, Card room, Glass crafts room, and more. My wife and moved here 8 years ago. We love this community. Friendly and helpful residents. A giant pool and a beautiful clubhouse with activities on a regular basis. Dances with live music. Tennis courts, pickle ball courts and shuffleboard. All scheduled activities or just play at your leisure. Friendly and helpful office staff. If you’re thinking of moving into the area this place should be your first stop. Will quit possibly be your last.

I have lived here for the past 4 years and I enjoy the people and the warm pool. The office staff is always helpful and go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. I highly recommend you check out The Gardens of Parrish.
