So we are in the very beginning stages of the home building process, but so far Ingrid our sales consultant has been completely amazing, honest and extremely helpful. We are looking forward to going to the design center to customize our new home. Can't wait!!!!! Looking forward to being in our New home by year end. If your looking for a reputable home builder KB should be first on your list.

While we really liked the community, its location and floor plans, dealing with KB was the worst experience ever. From extremely unprofessional and rude sales staff to even worse higher management. They will lie to you every step of the way, so be sure to get everything in writing (although they would refuse to) and definitely get an independent inspection at least once. Most importantly, if you are considering a two-story home in this or other KB community, be sure to get a third-party mold inspection. It’s unbelievable how rude and dishonest KB sales and upper management is, so just be aware.

Working with Ingrid has been a great experience. She keeps me informed every step of the way. I would recommend working with her if you want to buy a home from KB.

Ask for Ingrid when you visit the sales center for your next home. She is absolutely the best sales agent we have worked with. She knows her job & is extremely helpful, patient & and relief to work with. She answered all our questions with honesty, worked with our realtor every step of the way to get us into our first home. She was our point of contact from start to finish, she even helped us along w financing with KB. She is an absolute gem! Best part after closing, she did not disappear as you would expect. She watched over our home, checked mail and dropped it off while we prepared our move in. Thank you Ingrid! Without you we would not have been able to navigate our first home purchase with such ease. We are proud & thankful to call her our friend.
