Chris was outstanding and attentive to our needs not his. He is patient as he finds the right solution that DRB homes can provide us. We have been to MI homes, Neal Communities, Kolter Homes and several other builders and they wanted to sell us without discovering or even asking what we want. It was Chris’s professionalism and incredible listening skills to fill our needs and wants, that eliminated all the other builders. I live across Carter Rd in a Lennar home. Just out on a rollerblade adventure and thought I'd share a video stroll through the model homes. I do like many of these styles but it's what's inside and build quality that counts. As always, hire the most OCD personal home inspector you can and ensure they look at everything.
