The Gables Mount Laurel

My experience has been extremely disappointing. I just moved in yesterday, 2/28/2026, and it was very upsetting. The apartment I was originally assigned was in unacceptable condition. The sinks had visible stains, the refrigerator looked like it had glue or some type of residue on it, and there was something left inside both toilets. On top of that, the front door appeared damaged, as if someone had tried to force it open. The inside of the building is also not very clean. I walked around to take a look, and the overall condition was concerning. To make matters worse, the head of maintenance was unresponsive and did not seem willing to address the situation or arrange to have the apartment properly cleaned. Vanessa was amazing. I applied in 2024, but had to move away due to my job, so did not take the apartment. I will be moving back to NJ Summer 2025 though, and will definitely apply here again. Great location. New apartments. High ceilings. Peaceful area. And, it’s not a massively huge complex either, which makes it a bit more nicer than most in the area.

Julius from maintenance is phenomenal and the best part about living here. If this review was just for Julius, I’d give it a 5/5. He responded within 12 hours of my request and handled everything with impressive speed and professionalism. He was prompt, attentive, and resolved my issue with true expertise. On top of that, he’s genuinely kind. The kind of person who clearly enjoys what he does and takes pride in doing it exceptionally well. From a maintenance standpoint, I this place is a godsend. Now onto the other things… my main reason for the low rating is the price. Way too overpriced. It is a relatively new complex which is a good thing. But I am paying $2600/month for a 2 bed apartment and I’m sure it’s just going to go up each year. Idc how nice a place is, that is way too expensi

Great location, only a few minutes from great food spots, shopping, close to Philly and not far from New York City. Neighborhood is good, quiet and everyone minds there business. Very hard to get ahold of management and maintenance can be slow but they get the job done. I like it here.

Micheal is great. He showed me around and is so knowledgeable. He took his time with me even though I am not ready to move in quite yet. I am looking forward to putting in an application Thank you micheal
