The Forge on Main

Well its been almost 2 years at the forge on main , im signing my 3rd lease for February Im moving to the first floor same size apartment but on the first floor ,thank you Mia , Mia is the apartment manager , she worked with me so many time , she a very fair and thoughtful person , if your looking to move, the forge on main is a great place to move, the building security has pass code or key fobs to get in , bike storage room , gym , parcels room , and very centrally location, close to restaurant, and a fresh market dollar store on the first floor , lets not forget the deaconess hospital aquatic care , swimming pool , the great bosse stadium, I've been here almost 2 going on 3 years , I've seen people come and go , ive made many many friends, but the management the manager, the mainte

Apartments are in a fair location, are updated/modern, and spacious. The management, however, is absolutely not worth it. We lived here over 2 years and had more than 5 people “in charge”. The last staff we encountered before moving out in Dec 2024 was by far the worst. Outside smoking 75% of the time and when they were indoors, could never answer your questions or even offer a friendly face. Moving out was so horrible. They made up information about where our mail could be found and we have constantly asked about receiving a portion of our deposit back and they’ve simply quit returning our calls. Apartments again are nice and close to downtown, but there are plenty of other options close by that I’d consider before settling here until they find a management system that works.

Looks nice online but completely different story in real life. Apartment was dirty upon move in. Was robbed in the parking lot my third night. Breaking my lease and moving else where.

Modern facility with facilities like: 1) Dish washer, 2) fob for keyless entry, 3) in apartment washing and drying, 4) food disposal sink, 5) Dollar store in the building 6) well maintained property 7) very Friendly staff: Miae and Bryan 8) Gym 9) Inhouse Internet from spectrum and no need to purchase separate. Additionally charged monthly 10) Garbage pickup 11) secure Parcel pending for ups and fedex Cons: 1) No lift in most buildings except the main building 2) No swimming pool

So let me start by saying that I appreciate in my building. My name is Donald Washington. I live in apartment 406 and Baker flats across the street from the forge. When I met to my manager Stephanie, I had already been living here so I was one of the first people to welcome her and I told her this was an amazing place. Stephanie turned out to be the best manager I have ever had the pleasure to rent from which left me thinking who hired her. Then a few interesting turn of events to where we just got this new maintenance guy. KP, I hope I got that right. If not sir, I apologize. This man came in to help out the head maintenance guy who is one of the nicest hard-workingness. I mean dedicated to this company.
