I recently signed a lease here, and my experience has been nothing short of amazing. I worked with Lidia, and she has been phenomenal—extremely diligent, responsive (even answering my questions late at night), and always setting clear expectations so I felt 100% prepared. This is my first time moving out on my own, and she went above and beyond to walk me through the process. The complex I toured with her was actually the first one I saw by myself, and she even gave me helpful pointers on what to look for and ask about in any apartment. Her transparency and guidance made me feel very confident in my decision. On top of that, the lease concession offered was too good to pass up—I ended up with $150 off every month for a 17-month lease, which actually brought my rent below what I was paying

We got locked out of our apartment as our key was no longer working. Adam was super responsive and quick to come and let us in and replace the lock after 5pm.

Lived here for a while and the maintenance guy Adam is always quick to respond and takes great care of the property for the residence! It’s a 5 star for us!

New apartments 3 different layouts! Clean property! Awesome Leasing company over it! A lot of people don't know this but there is a gym here and a area to take your pets and charging stations! It's so awesome here! Gotta check it out!

My downstairs neighbors admitted to having roaches and not telling the property manager. I’ve not even been here one month and found roaches in my apartment! These are newer and the price is insane for that to be something to deal with. An accommodation for a new unit needs to be made or they should let me out of my lease! Just warning others!
