The most unprofessional place I’ve encountered. Hunter personally contacted my real estate agent and made disparaging remarks about me, which caused hesitation in presenting my offer to the seller and nearly resulted in me losing the home. Due to this unprofessional behavior, I was forced to change lenders at the last minute. Even my agent stated they were horrified by how this was handled. I’m disappointed by the owner’s response, as it further reflects the conduct I experienced. At no point did I attempt or intend to commit fraud. Any employment changes were communicated as they occurred and were related to my work with a nonprofit organization, where funding cycles can temporarily pause employment until the next round of funding. Hunter went up and beyond his duties as a lender. He kept FANTASTIC communication not only with I the realtor, but also with my clients through the transaction. If I had a question regarding the loan he always responded quickly no matter what time of day or night. He made what my clients thought would be impossible getting into their home possible. He is an outstanding lender and I will definitely be using him again!
