I can't say enough good things about The Spokane Home Guy Group. Particularly Allison All who stuck with me through thick and thin for 3 years while I tried to find a place that would make me happy. It was my first home buy...In that time she taught me things to look out for learned my likes and dislikes on what to look for. It being extremely difficult as I spent half the year in NYC and the other half in Spokane. She's very bright and very intuitive for a buyers needs. Cannot recommend Rich Prasser more highly!! He responded to every single text and call, worked out solutions when I ran into problems, answered every question-or referred me to someone who could when he wasn’t sure, and was never once anything but positive and helpful. He is exactly what you hope for when you have to buy a new house. I would use his services again in a heartbeat.
