Eastgate Apartments

I lived here for a couple years and had a great experience. The property was always well taken care of, and any maintenance requests we had were handled quickly. The manager Kelly is super friendly and helpful! Moving out was smooth and we got our deposit back! Highly recommend!

I’ve been here for about two years, and Kelly and Miguel have been amazing!! Kelly is very informative, kind and very prompt. She definitely shows that she cares about the quality of life here for the residents! The events for residents here and monthly giveaways, are small gestures, and so much fun! I really appreciate it as a resident. Miguel is kind, prompt and is always able to assist whenever we have a maintenance issue. It’s always resolved right away. Kelly and Miguel are both very nice and attentive, and think that’s what made my quality of life here at Eastgate better. The neighborhood is great, the complex is generally clean and not very noisy. I enjoy living here, and will continue to stay. I would recommend this complex!!

I’ve lived here for over a year now and I love it! Kelly, the manager, is awesome! She is super bubbly and very kind. She’s very easy to talk to and will answer any questions you have! Miguel, maintenance, is also awesome. We haven’t had any major maintenance issues, only small ones, and he has been very quick and helpful when we need it. I feel very safe here. The neighbors are nice, I’ve never had an issues with stolen packages, my car has always been safe, it is overall a great spot and I will be renewing my lease again!

We love living here! We moved from Trillium apartments, and management here is so much better in comparison. For about a year, there was high turnover for management, but I’m so glad we now have Kelly, who has been here for a long while now. She is very friendly and on top of everything, always. She often has snacks for residents and does giveaways to show appreciation for her tenants. It’s evident she cares about our quality of living, which was not the case at our previous apartments. It’s such a nice change. The apartments themselves are spacious, clean, and have in-unit washer and dryers. I take advantage of the 24-hour fitness room. While I wish there was 1 more elliptical or treadmill, it’s not usually busy, so it’s not too much of a problem. Management is also good about keeping up

This apartment complex has been amazing so far. Kelly, our manager, has been super helpful and patient with me through this entire process and is always willing to help out when needed. Not only that but she is extremely responsive and reliable. Anytime I ran into an issue or voiced a concern they were immediately taken care of and not taken lightly. Miguel, our maintenance guy, has been absolutely amazing, not only is he great at his job but he actually takes the time to get to know you and let you into his life as well. Something that I have not encountered before, but it is really appreciated and definitely makes this place feel like more of a community. Overall I have nothing but positive things to say about this place. The apartments are nice but the staff are even nicer! I highly rec
