The Flats at Inverness

We moved here last year, and our last day will be July 5th, with the final check scheduled for the 28th. This has been our unit, and we’ve done a deep clean—honestly, it might be even cleaner now than when we first moved in! 😄 Overall, we had a very decent stay—especially during the first half of our time here. However, there were some changes later on, like new parking fees and stricter policies, that made things a bit less convenient. We’re moving out because of a new opportunity, but if it weren’t for that, we’re not entirely sure we would have stayed—maybe yes, maybe not, especially considering the new policies. Special shoutout to Marc—he’s been incredibly reliable and truly cares about all his clients. The move-in process was quick and smooth thanks to him. A solid 5/5 for Marc!

Anybody considering a move to this complex- please view these photos and read this review: This place has only gotten worse the longer we have stayed here. My wife and I have been here for 1.5 years now. We have had a homeless woman wandering on our floor and sleeping at the entrance to the elevator. We have found needles in the stairwell. My car has been broken into, my neighbors as well. Packages are stolen frequently, just yesterday several packages were ripped open with the boxes being left everywhere in the package area. There has been dog feces left in the hallway. They don’t clean, the halls are absolutely filthy- the only thing that ever gets cleaned is the elevator. Today, THERE IS HUMAN FECES IN OUR HALLWAY! WE CALLED THE EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE LINE 5 HOURS AGO AND NOBODY HAS CO

I just want to say that this complex is unlike any other I’ve experienced. The maintenance team, who is led by Ben and his crew, are phenomenal. Whenever I have any request, Ben is there quickly with accurate repairs! He is very knowledgeable and will treat your home like it was his own, which is unheard of. The management I interacted with is Jeremy and he is great! He was great to speak with and gave us a nice tour of the property and apartments and he has us sold! This place is a pleasure to call home and I recommend Ben and Jeremy 10/10 times. If I could rate higher, I honestly would. Thank you all for all that you do!

I just recently toured one of the apartments at the Flats in Inverness and it was an amazing experience. When I walked into the leasing office I was pleasantly greeted by Stacy and very quickly I knew I was in great hands with her. She provided me with a very pleasant experience and she was incredibly thoughtful when helping me find the perfect apartment. Theo was also there highlighting the maintenance team which gave me a lot of confidence in the property management. The Flats is incredibly lucky to have Stacy and she was incredible to work with. I would like to take this time to express how I feel about the flat and Inverness honestly, they’ve been nothing but the best ever since I’ve moved in. They’ve always been there for me every time I’ve needed something and they’ve listened and heard everything I’ve had to say anytime I put in a maintenance request. They’re on top of it and they always fix everything that I need. The maintenance team is amazing and a super nice to me and also very understanding the management team there is also super awesome and very understanding and always is there for me when I need them as well. I highly recommend anyone to come and live at the flats not to mention they don’t make it complicated they care and it’s super easy for you to get a super nice amazing beautiful apartment.
