The Exton at University Place Apartments Orem

I’ve lived here for the last year and my wife and I have absolutely loved it. The elevators are fast, private 1 car garage is convenient, and the views from our balcony and bedroom are stunning. We have 2 beds and two full baths. The master closet is very spacious and the natural light great. Management is also very nice and reasonable. We haven’t had any problems.

This place truly feels like home! The staff is friendly, maintenance is quick, and the community is always clean and welcoming. Safe, peaceful, and close to everything I need—plus I love the big tall windows with beautiful mountain views. Couldn’t ask for a better apartment complex!

Ariana gave an incredible tour. You can tell she is passionate about this property with her knowledge & friendliness. I sadly am no longer locating to UT due to work, but when I do, this will be the first place I call home. Thank you, Ariana!

I was able to tour multiple properties before deciding on The Exton. Ariana is by far the best leasing agent I worked with. She took the time to help me find the perfect apartment and made the application and move in process super easy. Alan has went above and beyond to help with any maintenance issues I've had. The building is clean and well-maintained. If you're on the fence about living here, do it!
