The Everson

I love the Everson! This is my first time here and so far everything has gone great. My apartment is in great condition and all the amenities are really helpful too. The staff is professional and always solve all my questions.

I've only been a resident for a little while but I can say this is beyond the best experience with a leasing office and team I've experienced in Cullowhee. Their communication is great , there is always someone to answer my questions and if not they return my call right away. They were able to work with me above expectation with my move in process and the facility are so nice. I really appreciate the team and how much they've been able to help me in such little time. I definitely recommend for the price , living and the staff.

Absolutely love their events. I attend every single one for free crafts and sweet treats. Last time, I got to make a keychain for my friend and me, and she loved it! I hope they continue to host more activities.

This is such a great place and the experience has been amazing. Living in places where you have to individually pay for all the utilities racking it up to about an extra $300 on top of your rent but here they cover everything other than electric but at a very affordable rate. They host many events for the residents which makes me feel very welcomed when a lot of other places don’t!. Staff is super friendly and have answered all my questions. Absolutely love it here!

The rooms are clean, quiet and very comfortable. This is one of, if not the most affordable apartment near Western Carolina University(as of writing this). The office staff are super friendly and incredibly knowledgeable, so they should be able to answer any questions you have!
