Campus Apartments at Riverside

I lived here two years ago, and for the first few months, it was really nice, but our upstairs neighbors caused a roach infestation that spread to our apartment. We contacted maintenance almost daily, but the problem was never fully fixed. We had to threaten to contact the health department before the problem was taken seriously. We ended up breaking our lease renewal due to the roaches being consistent in the apartment; they were consistently there until we moved out.

I did have the advantage of having one of the fully remodeled apartments, but I really enjoyed living here and being able to make my apartment a home. They were quick to fix issues, they were affordable for the area, and I would recommend them to any college student or young professional looking for a place to start their lives.

I've lived at 2 different communities with Campus Apartments and I have loved both of them! Everyone at Riverside is polite and kind. We have yet to have any problems with our space. The only downside is that there are a few stray cats, but they're all very friendly!

It's a place to live. Decent environment.
