Campus Apartments at West

To whom it may concern, I lived at Campus West for 3 years including the pandemic. Throughout all of my time living there I was constantly impressed by the support offered by management and service staff. Every one of them was genuine and generous and put my comfort as a tenant first. Over my three years there I watched them universally offer the same kindness to their other tenants as well. While others I knew were paying exorbitant prices for places with amenities such as pools and gyms, I'm glad that I was able to reallocate my finances towards other areas like savings and school expenses. The pictures they showed me were not the apartment. Ceiling was caving in. Painted over electric wiring and over knife carvings in the walls and nails in the walls. Carpeting was coming out within a month. Ac unit broke multiple times. There was a knife carving in the front door like someone tried to break in. Very run down apartment. Would not recommend unless your okay with living in a run down apartment and don’t have another option.

Very nice and clean. It's a little community in itself. Perfect for college students.
