The Enclave at Powder Springs by Kerley Family Homes

You all dropped the ball when building this community. Many of the homes have electrical issues, code violations, exterior decks that don’t hold up in the elements. Not to mention, you all advertised access to the Silver Comet Trail and failed to deliver. Worst of all, you all do not take accountability for anything.

Very disappointed in the upkeep of the Community. There are so many front stairs of homes, that have been replaced sine last year, this is the end of Juneand they areyet to be painted because the bottom line is Management does not care. Yet despite the neglect or lack thereof, HOA has gone up twice since I moved here with nothing to show for it. I imagined this to be my dream home, but I now have to rethink this decision.

If you want a HOA that will be active and address issues, this is not the place. After I moved in, nothing was addressed. I don’t know why we are paying HOA when you have to complain to have what it covers addressed. Those of us who purchased in the beginning grass and steps look old and rusty. The HOA does not return calls or emails. When they do return a call it 4:58pm and she knows she leaves at 5:00pm. They do not address the property and it will definitely go down they it is not being maintained. I am very disgusted with the HOA at this time.

Great community to live in. The commercial spaces are a bit of an eye soar but overall beautiful homes and friendly neighbors. Convenient access to Silver Comet Trail as well which is great for the kids.

They look too much like row houses in the fact that there are no mature trees really makes you wonder how high the energy bills would be.
