Sweetwater Landing by Paran Homes

I wish that I would have built a home at Volunteer Ridge in Mableton. Paran Homes have thin walls: you can hear the laundry machine dispensing water through the walls, toilets flushing throughout the home from any room; as if the pipes are shaking, footsteps above the main living room as if the plywood was about to come through the ceiling. I have been here for 1yr and 2 months. It took 1yr to get my 10 month inspection done. Having a full time schedule, they want you to commit to 2 business days not offering weekends to accommodate people with 9-5’s. They have raised our HOA DUES to $120/ month w/o any voting from the residents. We are restricted from using the clubhouse/pool (because it’s winter) of course but why raise our rates? We also pay for lawn care service and no one has picked

My mom moved into this community a few months ago. Lynn is the most unprofessional leasing person that I have seen. She does not follow up, doesn't return calls and seems to be unconcerned. I am contacting upper management

Beautiful community. Would love to move here. In the homes. The townhomes needs more model townhouses to view.

Lovely houses, and very organized. The neighborhood is very peaceful aswell.

I haven't been there for a while but it used to be a great weekend for the kids, and adults
