I had the pleasure of touring Croft House and was truly impressed by how beautiful and well-maintained the community is. The Community Manager Stephanie provided an excellent tour. She was knowledgeable, welcoming, and clearly passionate about the property. What stood out even more was the team culture. Several staff members took the time to stop and speak with me, sharing details about the amenities and expressing genuine pride in their community. Shoutout to the entire Croft House team for their kindness, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. Having worked in the property management industry for over 10 years, I can confidently say this was a wonderful and memorable experience. Croft House is clearly doing things the right way.

My initial experience started with a phone call, which Garrett answered. He was able to answer my questions easily and with great professionalism. We’ve searched all over Austell and Powder Springs, so my list of questions was pretty specific. Fortunately the website had most of the information I needed, but Garrett was able to add more context and give me a better idea of what the property offered. My boyfriend and I scheduled a tour that same afternoon. Accessing the property is easy from that section of Barrett Parkway. The property itself is new, and it is clean and comfortable.
