The Enclave at Duncan Meadows

Met with Jordan to tour after having to cancel a few times due to the work schedule. He was/is amazing, so very understanding and genuinely kind. You can tell he takes pride in managing properties, and it shows. Mine (hopefully)! has to be cleaned and painted, and you could tell by Jordan's response and reaction that it will be done thoroughly! Beautiful apartments, lawns, building, with fantastic amenities!

Jordan was very attentive and accommodating when setting up a tour, applying and figuring out the lease. He was a pleasure to do business with and we look forward to moving in in a few weeks. The apartments are very nice on the inside, with great functional layouts and high quality amenities and features like a laundry room, balcony, etc.

Jordan who showed us the apartment was personable and friendly...truly delightful to deal with. Apartments are great as are the amenities. Very nice open gym, there is a social room that can be reserved for parties/get togethers, a movie theater and office space for those looking to work from home but not wanting to be stuck in their apartment(s).

The drains were stuck when we move in. called for maintenance but they ask us to fix it by ourselves. the kitchen "looks" clean but actually dirty and full of oil stain. especially in the top cabinet. We had to clean ourselves for a "new property". Someone said to me with a really bad attitude that dogs can't pee or poop on the grass around the building. I felt really upset about their attitude toward my dog and me. they could suggest me to walk further but they cannot force me with a horrible attitude. They leave the door locked for over a month now. No deliveries can come in. They said the maintenance line is 24/7 to solve emergency problems. However, when I had emergency situation, no one ever answering the phone and even never call-back. The manager said it is "rarely happened" but i

Took months to return my security deposit. Despite this, and in direct violation of state law, deducted money from the deposit despite it being returned late. New management is hilariously unresponsive, taking weeks to respond to an email and dodging phone calls. Floors are also extremely thin, and management seems to be in denial about this. On one occasion, I had two friends over and we were playing cards quietly. This somehow warranted a noise complaint. The downstairs neighbor who filed the complaint claimed to know the property owner, so don't expect any impartiality. To sum it up: rent here if you never want to have guests over and if you don't care about people stealing your money. If you want a decent living experience, look elsewhere.
